ham/tfkiss: Update to 1.3.2

Upstream is now a maintained fork at https://github.com/kq6up/tfkiss.
The original site is gone and there had been no release since 1.2.4
in 2000.

Upstream changes since 1.2.4:

  - 64-bit correctness. Fixed pointer truncation in call_to_ip() and
    next_addr(), an incorrect socklen_t definition, inet_addr()
comparisons against -1 rather than INADDR_NONE, incorrect signal
handler signatures, an argument order bug in dump_ax25frame(), and
a missing return after a full routing table that permitted an
out-of-bounds write. Fixed an MBHEAD/MB struct size mismatch that
broke the firmware's buffer allocator on LP64 systems.

  - All K&R function definitions converted to ANSI C prototypes.
Deprecated bzero() replaced with memset(). Unbounded string
    operations replaced with bounded equivalents.

  - Build system replaced with current autoconf and automake, so the
package builds with contemporary toolchains including GCC 14.
Installation paths now follow FHS conventions: documentation is
installed under DOCDIR rather than share/tfkiss/doc.

  - XPID, FlexNet and AXIP are enabled by default, so CONFIGURE_ARGS
are no longer required for a full featured build.

  - Example configuration files rewritten to be minimal, with NOCALL
    as the placeholder callsign.

  - DragonFly BSD support and DESTDIR install support, previously
carried as pkgsrc patches, are incorporated upstream. All five
patches are therefore removed from this package.

  - Added LICENSE-NOTES documenting the copyright status of the work.
TheFirmware is Copyright NORD><LINK e.V. and distributed under
ALAS, which permits non-commercial use, modification and
redistribution. The accompanying notice additionally asks that
modified versions be distributed only with the consent of
NORD><LINK, which can no longer be obtained: the association
appears to be dissolved and the author of the Unix port is
deceased. LICENSE is set to generic-nonlicense with RESTRICTED,
    following ham/7plus.

Packaging changes:

  - MESSAGE removed.
  - LICENSE and MAINTAINER set.
  - MASTER_SITES points at the upstream release tarball, which is a
genuine autotools distribution and requires no autotools to build.
  - PLIST regenerated from a staged installation.
  - DESCR rewritten.

Built and tested on NetBSD 10/arm64, Debian 13/amd64 and
Slackware 15/x86_64. Verified interoperating with ham/tnt and
ham/dpbox, and with a BPQ32 node over AXIP/UDP.
